As part of the Annual Los Baños Bañamos Festival, the local government of Los Banos, Laguna in the Philippines is holding the "Padyak sa Elbi 2010" -- a mountain biking race around the town area.The route will begin at the Tadlac/Bagong Kalsada area and traverse the national road to Lalakay, Anos, Batong Malake, IRRI, UPLB, Jamboree and other Los Baños barangays, before finishing up at the Municipal Hall covered court.
